Depending on the amount of time available, this presentation can stand alone or be incorporated into a workshop lasting up to a full day.

The extended workshop deals with the development of organizational “Mission and Vision” and includes interactive exercises and activities that are as fun as they are informative. (Minimum of 1 hour; could be easily expanded to add other aspects of Board  seminar / workshop)
